Synopsis

A portion of Top Dog's past is revealed when Morrison, a government agent, comes looking for him because Top Dog is the only one who knows how to operate the supercomputer Braindrain. They learn that Eddie Etch plans to release $100 billion in counterfeit currency, which would destroy the economy, and only Top Dog can stop him.
