Synopsis
Abandoned by his friends, Tip meets General Jinjur and her Army of Revolt (all girls) who are going to conquer the Emerald City. They manage to do so, and Tip is reunited with his friends. They then make a run for it, helping the Scarecrow to escape, and head for the land of the Winkies, where the Tin Woodman is Emperor.
