Synopsis
After Anthony is killed Agent X is sent to pose as Jim Kane and learn who murdered him. X discovers Anthony was working with Fish-Eye in a crime cartel but Fish-Eye discovers X is a policeman and takes X and May to his boss, Leon Carter, to have them killed. However, Leon is at the governor's house and Agent Z follows Fish-Eye there. Agent Z kills Leon and Fish-Eye, saving X and May.
