Synopsis
At the end of World War II, scientist Otto Gruber escaped the fall of Germany with his research intact. Over the next several years, in hiding on a Pacific island, he develops a superweapon. In 1958 he reveals his plans to take over the world as the new Fuehrer, but Marvelman destroys his arsenal.
