Synopsis
The Avengers come to review the Thunderbolts program on a simulated mission, but Ghost arranges things so he and Crossbones and Juggernaut are separated from the others, giving them a chance to escape. The Avengers recapture them, and Cage fires Moonstone and Crossbones from the team.
