Synopsis

The United States has developed a deadly shock ray which it finally decides not to use. However the villainous Green Mask and his underlings manage to get the original plans for it to manufacture and use against the U.S. It falls to X, the Phantom Fed, to use his abilities of disguise to retrieve the plans and take the Green Mask out of action.
