Synopsis

Serpentor advises and helps Major Bludd and the Baroness. His goal is to be worshiped. Firewall sends a group of Joes to Panama to find the sniper who killed several Joes. They are attacked by Cobra agents, crocodiles, and Croc Master. Blacklight escapes without Cobra support.
