Synopsis
Lucy Lane is shot when Metropolis SCU tries to capture Deathstroke. Turns out Slade knew Sam Lane back in the war. He feels bad about the shooting and turns himself in to the police. Jay Harriman and Judge Kramer continue to plot against Pete Ross, to bring him under their control.
