Synopsis

Almost six months after the onset of WW2, the U.S. President sends Ambassador Blank to Europe to meet with all the heads of state and to set up yet another peace conference. Secret agent Black X gets assigned to protect Blank against any "accidents" possibly caused by a so-called friendly country. Black X and Batu secretly shadow Blank and his valet and ward off near attacks by Madam Doom.
