Synopsis
Steve Rogers reforms the Avengers under Maria Hill's leadership. Out of all the heroes, only Wonder Man declines and seems set against the Avengers reforming. Then Kang bursts in, telling the Avengers that they have to travel into the future to stop their future children from destroying the world.

It contains the same character artwork that is found on the variant covers for issues #1-5 in this series titled "Variant Edition - John Romita Jr. Cover" except for the Spider-Man and Wolverine character artwork, which was not made into its own separate variant.
