Synopsis
The Punisher and Dragunov travel around Russia trying to track down Vikady. Dragunov tells Frank why he hates the villain so much. Microchip discovers that Vikady has moved up from heroin dealer to weapons dealer and he has nuclear material he is trying to peddle.
