Synopsis
The Order attacks several places on Earth, intending on bring world peace through force if necessary. The attacks include Murtakesh, the capital of Halwan, and a United States Naval Base in Norfolk, Virginia. The Defenders try to stop them but are easily defeated.

The story continues from Defenders #12 (Marvel, 2001), as well as the issue number count (faintly seen on the cover).
