Synopsis

Logan tells Melita that he is moving back to New York; Before he leaves, however, he is forced to conclude his business as Black Dragon of San Francisco's Chinatown; Wolvie, Gorilla Man, Master Po and Yuen Ye head into the tunnels under San Fran where a new gang is running drugs into the city using dragons as their means of transportation.
