T. B. C., or Take Back Control, is a small group working against Hawkeye Investigations. Larry Gort is a current member as was Aggregate, the now deceased hate-absorbing-and-spreading man in the mask who terrorized Venice Beach, and once worked for Kate Bishop's father, Derek Bishop.
