Black

The Black are a race of creatures with hydrokinetic abilities who inhabit the darkest and deepest parts of the ocean, and rarely leave or have interaction with the Blue or humankind. Because of this reclusive nature some believe them to be a myth. They appear very different from the Blue, wearing suits of armor and clothes giving them a fish-like appearance, and when they arrive there is lightning in the skies above them.
