Blue

The Blue are a race of creatures with hydrokinetic abilities; they are the children of the Black and claim to have existed longer than humans. They do not wear much clothing, but are often seen wearing armor resembling coral or bone. They have ships capable of incredible speeds in, on and out of water. They also have space vessels, energy weapons (guns, wrist-mounted lasers and laser swords) as well as massive underwater cities. They do not often leave the water, but since humans have been testing weapons underwater some Blue feel war should be waged against humankind.
