Ramsey Chillingswaithe is a cousin of Gary Stewart, a.k.a. Gimmick-Kid. Despite being arrogant and loudmouthed with a penchant for blundering and causing trouble, he has aided his cousin and Gadgetman in the past. He also briefly acted as both the superhero Zoom-Boy and the supercriminal Doom-Boy.
