Synopsis
Ramsey Chillingswaithe activates a "reverse ray," neutralizing the Shocker Gang's weapons and allowing Gadgetman and Gimmick-Kid to take down the gang. Meanwhile, Ramsey creates a costume and introduces himself to the returning heroes as Zoom-Boy. The heroes reject the idea of becoming a hero, but Zoom-Boy is intent on being a hero and flies off, later intervening when the Anti-Matter Giant attacks.
