Synopsis
Dan and his sister go to visit Houdini's grave on Halloween Eve and run into a fight between Deathwatch's assassins and Kingpin's men. Barb is shot. Dan is hiding with his wounded sister when he finds a motorcycle with a glowing gas cap and transforms into Ghost Rider. A local gang of kids ends up with the Kingpin's briefcase which Deathwatch was trying to steal. The kids' gang opens the suitcase and, not knowing what they are, hide the three mystery canisters within in three separate mausoleums. Both Kingpin and Dethwatch order their men to find it at any cost.
Notes
The only difference between the first and second printing is that the second print has Ghost Rider's face in the corner box instead of Spider-Man's.
