Synopsis

Little Al and Ox are ordered to do some crop dusting in a neighboring county while seeking out clues to the strange malady of an epidemic striking the city of Leblanc. They discover a scientist who has been using germ warfare of the people of Leblanc with the intent of later using it to cripple cities all over the nation.
