Synopsis
Kaye takes a holiday from her acting career and returns to see her father. She learns that a young man has taken over Bradings after a beloved owner died and has made some unpopular changes. Kaye goes to Bradings to tell him what she thinks. But seeing her in her oldest clothes, he assumes she is answering a help wanted ad and puts her to work before she can say anything. Kaye, introducing herself by her childhood nickname 'Gypsy', soon discovers his changes are an attempt to save Bradings because it had been left with a lot of debt.
