Synopsis
Scientist Doctor Van Horne discovers that a burst of cosmic rays has occurred in the vicinity of the city zoo and greatly increased the intelligence of a twelve year old gorilla named Chuga. Chuga solves the origin of cosmic rays on earth, something no human has been able to do.
