Synopsis

Ann meets Max on a bridge one night and finds it is easy to talk to him. He is from a little village behind the Iron Curtain, studying in England. Ann discovers her friends and family are rude to Max because of where he is from. When officials from the embassy of Max's country find out he has been seeing Ann, they send him home.
