Synopsis
Captain Kelly relentlessly pursues a reluctant Jennifer Burke until she agrees to undergo the same process that gave her mother super-powers. As the new Ms. Victory, Jen defeats Madam Boa on her first case, and Kelly appoints her to be the new head of FemForce.
