Synopsis

Model Paula and artist Bob are in love, but she won’t marry him until he can provide a secure living for them. Posing for well-known and successful artist Peter, Paula makes him fall for her. However, Peter can’t decide if his love or his art is more important. Paula angrily destroys his portrait of her and he breaks up with her. Paula returns to Bob, who says “you made your choice.” He hopes “to find someone who won’t confuse love with money.” Paula is left alone.
