Synopsis

Susan falls in love with John, but is shocked when he admits he’s an American Indian. She accepts his marriage proposal but her parents are violently prejudiced and beat Susan when she refuses to stop seeing him. However, when John speaks at a bond rally and reveals that he won the Medal of Honor, Susan’s parents and the rest of the townspeople change their minds about him. Susan and John can now marry.
