Synopsis
Joey's old friend Larry is jealous of the time Joey spends with his new pet, so he accuses Top Dog of being the Mad Biter, a mean dog who has been attacking people. Top Dog is taken to the pound, and Joey must somehow convince Larry to tell the truth.
