Synopsis

Batman continues his training of Robin, while Bruce and Dick must ward off any concerns from the Child Protective Services case worker who has been assigned to oversee their case. Two-Face makes an offer to General Grimaldi, while Batman and Robin track Boss Maroni's men who are planning an arson job.
