Synopsis

General Grimaldi launches an investigation to learn Batman's secret identity, while Dick takes drastic steps to protect his identity from Child Protective Services. Batman and Robin deal with an uptick in criminal activity due to unrest between rival crime gangs. Two-Face hopes to take advantage of a rift between Clayface and Grimaldi.
