Synopsis
At the pier, a desert tribesman sets off a camel stampede, in which "oil baron" Fredrick Goforth is trampled. Later, at the Sports Arena, Oliver Hopkins, one of Goforth's business partners, is shot by a burnoose-clad gunman. On the Arena roof, Batman barely survives his encounter with the self-proclaimed "Sheikh". Injured, Batman reluctantly accepts Robin's help with the case. Robin makes a discovery at the morgue, while Batman fails to save the life of the last of the three business partners, but what he learns about the Sheikh enables him and Robin to wrap up the mystery, back at the Arena.
