Synopsis
A man and a woman, identical to Jay Garrick and Joan Williams in appearance, arrive from the planet Karma looking for three escaped convicts who bear a striking resemblance to the Three Dimwits. Unfortunately, the Flash confuses these crooks with the real Dimwits, who are working for a genius professor.
