Synopsis
Famous District Attorney Clifford Devoe loses a very important case involving mobster Hunk Norvock, and decides to throw in with him. A deal is struck between the two, but Devoe doesn't hear anything from Hunk for 10 years, and then when he does, it involves the Flash and a restaurant owned by the Three Dimwits.
