The creators own the rights to all stories with the exceptions of Howard the Duck and Bucky Bizarre. Last issue of Bizarre Adventures. Per an Error Report by Steven Grant, this issue was the first published in high end comics format, as a test, and was one of the first Marvel publications printed in a new full color process (instead of four-color).
