Synopsis

When Polly sees an advert offering interesting work abroad, she applies. However, the 'interesting work' is trudging round Germany, selling encyclopedias door-to-door to G.I. families. In her new job she meets Chuck, who makes enough money in two months to take a three-month holiday -- which he does. When he's broke he comes back to sell more and the same routine starts all over again. For Chuck, it is all about having the freedom to live his life his way.
