Synopsis

Two archeologist brothers are intent on discovering the origin of humans. Stanley believes the origin of man is on Earth, while Ernest believes space is the answer. Ernest goes on an expedition into space but the rocket goes through a time warp and the crew end up on the Earth's moon millions of years in the past. The moon is inhabited by ape-like creatures who Ernest believes are the ancestors of man and brings two of them back to Earth. The ship fails to go back through the time warp and crashes on prehistoric Earth, where the creatures escape and will breed eventually creating humans.
