Synopsis

Fresh from their last venture, Popeye and Sir Pomeroy arrive in Ouestbruk and are greeted with a reception committee. Introduced to Jerry Jones and Professor Sparrowbrain, they are taken to the professor's laboratory, where they are shown a steam rocket, and are tricked into going inside. The professor slams the rocket door, and Popeye and Sir Pomeroy are soon propelled into space. However, Popeye's Pappy realizes his son and Sir Pomeroy have been tricked into going, and although Pappy and his girl Lulu try to rescue them, they find themselves joining them instead on their trip into space.
